Andy Bathgate

Andy is a Brampton, ON native who grew up playing for Brampton Battalion Minor Hockey (now Credit River Capitals). Drafted in the 3rd round by the Belleville Bulls (OHL), he spent four years playing for the Bulls before going to the Plymouth Whalers (OHL). He was selected in the 5th round (150th overall) by the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL). Andy spent seven years playing professionally both in the United States and in Europe. Andy has been an assistant coach at the U15AAA and U16AAA levels for three years, and is currently the assistant coach of the Halton Hurricanes U16AAA team.
